About this Collection

This collection contains various reports, minutes and other material on the Business and Industrial Coordinating Council (BICC) which worked to address inequality in job opportunities. It was established in 1963. They helped place minority workers in jobs, for example, in May 1970 they were able to place over 100 workers in jobs.
